We arrived in AZ yesterday at about noon. We unpacked the Silver Star and Lela began the process of storing food and clothing. Today I unpacked the truck and rearranged the shed for more storage. Again Lela stored more stuff.
Golf league tomorrow.
We arrived at Noel’s house last Tuesday afternoon she was off work for two days. We had rain Wednesday so we stayed close at home. We got aquatinted with Axel, her 100 pound Lab. He commands a lot of attention.
Thursday the girls did some shopping and whatever else it is that girls do. Patrick worked an AM and a PM shift. G’pa stayed home.
We stayed an extra day on Friday as it was Patrick’s birthday (50). We went to a Mexican restaurant in the area and Drew joined us.

Patrick’s mother Joyce picked up the tab. Then we returned home for birthday brownie and snacking.
We left Saturday morning and drove to Fort Stockton, TX where we spent the night.
Sunday we drove all the way to Wilcox, AZ.
Monday was only a three hour drive to get home. Gary and Louise invited us for supper.
