Left Joplin this morning at 7:30. Temperature was 6 degrees.

Arrived safely (thank God for safe travel through Dallas) at 3 PM in Grand Prairie Texas. There are plenty of crazy drivers here.

We unhitched and headed to see H. E. In Bedford TX.  We took him to the ice rink where Hillard (H. E.’s grandson)had hockey practice. We met Edward and Lesley and Lucy there and we had supper together at the rink. Then back to H’s place for his Christmas.
Now we’re back in the SS under our electric blanket watching John Wayne.
