The sick and infirm are pretty much back to normal with the exception of a lingering cough. That seems to be the case with everyone we know who has been sick.
We have been venturing out occasionally to go to the store or just to walk in the park. I think we'll be able to go to church on Sunday.
We shopped for a clothes dryer and an over the stove microwave on Tuesday. That was to be our biggest expense for this year. After arguing with Home Depot and Lowes we went to a locally owned appliance named Spencer's where we made our purchase.
The installation was included in the price so I enjoyed just watching the installers.

We hope to see Paul Jr. and the family tomorrow. We didn't want to take our flu and misery to their house so we haven't seen them as yet.
I hesitate to report my golf outing on last Wednesday as it was my worst score in three years out here.
I was 42/50 for a 92. I was embarrassed. I guess that is why they call it golf and other four letter words.
Our neighbors, Gary and Louise, have an internet connection and are sharing with us. It certainly makes it easier to do the blog and to bank, but I do have to go to their house to access it. I am sitting at a table on their driveway to make this post..
