Saturday AM

Today we are getting serious about breaking camp and heading out early Monday morning.  We are consulting our check list and stowing things for the 1000 mile road to Casa Grande, Az.  DW is working hard to be ready.  I will pack the truck and shut down the outside tomorrow and Monday morning.  I intend to check tires and adjust pressures today.

Yesterday, Lela and Noel did some shopping for groceries and other necessities.  One of those necessities was 12 pounds of crawfish from CrabDaddys Fish Market for supper.  Patrick cooked red potatos and corn on the cob along with the crawfish in a special spicy crawfish boil .

 

 The way they eat this meal in Texas is on a table covered in newspaper and the food is spread onto the center and everyone eats from the pile.  It was a good meal and everyone was well fed.

 

There is a marathon in the Woodlands today so we won't venture out until this afternoon, but we will spend this afternoon with the kids.
