Again I have to apologize to those of you who follow this page. The only excuse/reason I have is laziness, pure and simple.
We are in the process of packing up and coming home. The plan is to leave here on Thursday in the morning and arrive home on Monday afternoon, with stops to see H. E. and Aunt Bertie.
I'll play my last round of Golf in the morning and pack my clubs (carefully) for the trip home.
My game has been hot and cold. The last four rounds have been 94, 80, 82, 95. Not exactly a model of consistency.

March 23rd was another happy hour at our house. It is fun to get together with the neighbors here.

It was a little chilly so the heat was on.
We sent Gary and Louise off to Idaho early as she does tax returns for some friends there. We gathered the neighbors for a farewell happy hour. Lela prepare a lunch for them before they left.
We were invited to other gatherings over the past two weeks at Bruce and Darlene's and at John and Shelia's house.
Last Thursday we had Ross and Laura over for dinner. They are our best friends from church. we always stay in touch with them when we are at home.
Friday evening was one more gathering. a small group of nearby neighbors.

Last Sunday, we went to Paul Jr.'s for a meal and our annual Cigar. We had a great time with the family. I took file photos.

Yesterday, Sunday, we went to church and said our good-by there. It was a Sunday with a pot luck meal, so Lela prepared two dishes to feed the crowd. It was good to get that send off from them.
Today Lela continued to pack and I picked up all the yard lights and décor. All the plants are watered and fertilized. We have a man who lives here full time who will look after the outside.
